Information you provide

A request includes your name, email address, company, optional phone number, selected products, quantities, billing preferences, and any notes you enter. These details are stored to support review of your licensing or service request. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, tenant secrets, or sensitive business data.

Account and storage

Saved requests are associated with your signed-in account so you can view them in My requests. The site uses its hosting service and database to process and store submissions. Cart selections and comparison choices are stored in your browser; they can be removed by clearing your browser’s site data.

How request details are used

BedriSystems may use the details you submit to understand your requirements and respond about the requested products or services. When email notifications are configured, request details are also processed by Resend to deliver a notification to BedriSystems. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or place a license order. This version does not collect payment information.

Your choices

To discuss your request, correct information, or request deletion, contact BedriSystems at (888) 602-6170 and provide the request reference. Identity verification may be needed before information is changed or disclosed.

Other websites

Microsoft product references and the BedriSystems company website are separate websites with their own notices and terms. Hosting, email delivery, and authentication services also process information under their applicable policies.
